Starting point of the Charity ride.

Shan and her friends began their trek at 12 noon and there were many people there to see them on their way, including most of the BHS N.E.Wales committee. Two of whom took part on the first day of the ride.

Shans husband Justin passed away last year with pancreatic cancer at the age of 42. Shan was determined to raise funds for this dreadful disease. Being an extremely good rider she thought of the idea of trekking from North to South Wales in the space of three weeks.Several of her friends joined in with her to keep her company. (One walking! )
